What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and process payments securely through Stripe. Your clients can pay with cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. When you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate to the day—you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. Professional and Studio plans come with a 14-day free trial—cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
What are your payment processing fees?
We charge 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction on all plans. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no hidden charges. You keep the rest.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 30 days, we'll refund your subscription in full. After that, we prorate refunds for unused months on annual plans.
Can I pay annually?
Yes! Annual plans save you 20%. Pay $278/year for Professional (vs $348) or $758/year for Studio (vs $948). Switch to annual billing from your account settings anytime.
