These preferences apply to everyone in your StudioBook workspace.

Workspace

  • Allow members to create bookingsAnyone with an Editor role can create and manage bookings.
  • Default role for new membersApplied when someone joins via an invite link.
  • Weekly activity digestA summary of bookings and payments, sent every Monday morning.

Booking & payments

  • Require payment at bookingClients must pay in full when they book a session.
  • Send booking remindersAutomatic email reminders sent to clients before their session.
  • Reminder timingHow far in advance to send the reminder email.

Security & sharing

  • Allow guest bookingsClients can book without creating an account.
  • Public booking pageAnyone with the link can view your availability and book sessions.
  • Session timeoutHow long before inactive users are automatically logged out.
Danger zoneDeleting this workspace removes all bookings, payments, members, and billing history. This cannot be undone.
